Gemma is consistently training teams and individuals to ensure her staff are fully equipped with the knowledge they require to be a successful consultant and work on many roles across a wide range of skill sets. Gemma prides herself on getting to know clients and what they need in their businesses so there is no need to use any other suppliers. Gemma has relationships which span her entire career, from her first ever placement in recruitment. It’s essential to create partnerships where trust and success is continuous.
Fun fact:
In her spare time, Gemma likes wine, food, spas, Goodwood membership and socialising with friends and when time permits, running. With 3 full and many half marathons under her belt, she’s keen to keep active when she can, which can sometimes be challenging when juggling a family and work commitments.
