Adam started his recruitment journey within the Aerospace, Defence & Space sector, being the first hire within the newly formed team. Since then, he has aided other industry sectors including Manufacturing, Electronics, Marine and IT.

Initially sourcing Safety and ILS Engineers, Adam’s specialty has steered towards Systems Engineering, Systems Architecture, V&V Engineering, Platform Integration Engineering, Certification Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Where required, he can lend assistance to any market sector, demonstrated by a significant amount of recruitment done within disciplines ranging from Process Engineering and Test Engineering through to Project Management and Algorithm Engineering.
Adam has a strong desire to lead by example and prides himself on consistently going above and beyond to deliver an exemplary service to the clients he works with. Not wanting to ‘settle’, he is constantly looking at ways he can become a more efficient recruiter. In addition to this, bringing a positive and upbeat approach to work is something he believes in, often trying to bring a motivational and enjoyable aura to his team.

Health and fitness are aspects of life that Adam holds close to his heart, with a strong passion for Rugby and an avid gym-goer. Outside of that Adam is unapologetically a geek! He is a massive film buff, a huge history nerd, a bit of a gamer, a pub-quiz enthusiast and partial to the odd (or many) dad joke! When he really wants to switch off, Adam is extremely fond of film scores, quoting Hans Zimmer as his favorite composer, which he often listens to whilst exploring his creative side, developing his culinary skills or drawing ability.
