Role and Responsibilities
Focusing on existing pipeline opportunities the Growth Development General Manager will work closely with the Naval Segment Sales Manager and provide guidance and support on Naval growth strategy. You will do this using tools and resources at your disposal including key stakeholder network mapping, market analysis for current and pipeline Naval programmes and an appreciation of project management and projects’ lifecycles.
With experience of working with prime/main contractors in Naval shipping/subsea fleet environments and will understand the complexities of MOD bids/tenders and contracts. You will also need to form strong internal relationships and collaborate with the wider organisation.
Ideally, you will hold an Engineering degree and possess experience of management and leadership competencies such as strategic planning & target setting and change management, , and professional skills including analysis methodologies and excellent market knowledge.
UK National and able to undergo SC Clearance
