As a Management Trainer & Assessor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and assessing learners, ensuring they achieve their qualifications while contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base.

Role and Responsibilities 


  • Manage and ensure the achievement of learners to meet individual learning plan targets within specified timeframes.
  • Conduct regular monitoring reviews to assess learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and managers.
  • Develop and implement training plans, negotiate opportunities for delivery, and coordinate the overall training, learning, assessment, and verification process.
  • Liaise with customers to establish recruitment and training needs, assisting with screening processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, clients, and colleagues to contribute to business development and customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, including Section Tracking, MIS Database, Smart Assessor, learner reviews, and reports.
  • Collaborate with examining bodies, training providers, and sub-contractors to ensure successful completion of apprenticeship programs.
  • Conduct quality audits to monitor the provision and maintain compliance with national standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional, lead, and awarding body standards, as well as new learning technologies.


  • A1 and V1 awards / TAQA Assessor qualification / D32/ D33 Assessor Qualification.
  • Teacher training qualification.
  • Relevant Management qualification.
  • Practical hands-on Management Experience.
  • Industry experience and knowledge of the current market Make UK Apprentice & Skills operates in.
