Mechanical Design Engineer

You will be working with a skilled team to design and develop audio technology that will be at the forefront of the industry
Your responsibilities and duties
- Product Concept, Industrial Design both independently and in collaboration with external Industrial Design consultants
- Preparation of engineering drawings, 3D output files and other documentation for mechanical parts manufacture
- Investigation into and evaluation of new materials, manufacturing and finishing technologies and techniques that may be applicable for future or current products
About you
- Qualified to a Degree level or similar
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a mechanical design role preferably in an electronic product design environment
- Demonstrable expertise in the use of Solidworks
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for artwork creation
- A good understanding of modern mechanical machining, fabrication and finishing techniques
- Experience with product development life-cycle
